Did you know that an amazing slice of Africa grows here in Brisbane?
Experience a safari across the deserts, forests, rivers, and mountains of Southern Africa on this guided walk and discover the beauty of its plants and hear stories of their dangers, uses, history and magic.
Requirements: This walk requires average physical activity, including walking distances up to 500m, possibly some uneven ground but mainly paved paths. Stops are short and mainly for guide explanations. Some short standing periods or sitting if required. Please wear a hat, enclosed walking shoes, and be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
Meeting point: Meet at the Visitor Information Centre.
Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.
