Bookings essential. Get on board and learn how to dive off a springboard and/or platform. Enjoy specifically designed sessions to increase fitness and maintain health in a social environment. Gentle warm ups and instruction on the basics of springboard diving at your own pace. Dare to be different! Participants must be confident in deep water.
