Join in the school holiday fun at your local library! An interactive session that teaches children why wildlife movement is important in Brisbane and the challenges animals face in urban areas. Participants will enjoy a reading of Creature Corridor and hands-on activities, allowing them to explore how species like koalas, kangaroos, and gliders move through suburbs and what makes it difficult. They learn about Brisbane City Council's wildlife movement solutions-such as overpasses, rope bridges and fencing-through games and problem-solving tasks. The session finishes with practical actions and take-home resources to encourage ongoing awareness and wildlife-friendly behaviour. Ideal for children 5-12 years.
