Council's Active and Healthy program offers a wide range of activities. These are designed to help you move more, connect with others and enjoy Brisbane’s outdoor lifestyle.
There are activities available for all ages, experience levels and abilities, such as:
- group sessions involving movement like yoga, dance and aqua
- activities for adults, kids and families
- activities for seniors, including our Growing Older and Living Dangerously (GOLD) program
- activities for seniors and young people to try together, including our GOLD ‘n’ KIDS program, held during school holidays.
Events and activities are free or low-cost, run across Brisbane and require no experience – just come as you are.
We also honour the Queensland Government Companion Card for free participation by support persons.
