Brisbane City Council provides mapping and virtual tools to assist you with your planning or building project. These systems help you obtain information to make planning and building decisions and submit a complete development assessment application.
PD Online is Council's self-service online property development and application search tool. Use this tool to make property enquiries, search for and track development applications, lodge submissions and view a full copy of Brisbane City Plan 2014.
ePlan is the electronic version of Brisbane City Plan 2014, Council's plan for the future development of Brisbane. The plan guides how land in Brisbane is used and developed. ePlan is easily navigated and has a search function.
Brisbane City Plan 2014 contains maps that show where the provisions of the planning scheme apply across the Brisbane area. The online mapping tool shows zoning, overlays, neighbourhood plans and priority infrastructure maps.
Council's FloodWise Property Report shows the risk and type of flooding at a property to help you plan and build new habitable flood levels in accordance with Council's requirements.
eBIMAP2 (Brisbane's Intergrated Map of Assets and Property) is one of Council's online mapping services. Subscribers can use eBIMAP2 to find Council information via geo-spatial mapping technology.
Virtual Brisbane is an innovative, computer-generated, three-dimensional model helping us plan for our city's future growth.
