Registration for future community facility tenders

When community facilities become available, Council may advertise and seek applications from eligible community organisations. These opportunities allow eligible not-for-profit community organisations to enter into a lease or licence agreement for the land and/or facility. Council is not obliged to accept an application.

A panel assesses each application and negotiates tenure arrangements with successful applicants.

Not-for-profit community organisations can register on the community facility waiting list to receive information when Council seeks tender applications. A copy of the certificate of incorporation will need to be uploaded as part of this registration.
