The Maida Lilley Community Centre Meeting Rooms are located at level one, 5 Green Square Close Fortitude Valley.

There are two rooms available to hire on a regular or casual basis. The rooms are separated by a concertina door which allows individual or combined hire for larger meetings. Meeting room two includes access to a large balcony.

Conveniently located close to public transport and the Valley business hub.

Minimum 10 hours per week.

Commercial
The commercial hire rate applies to all businesses and government organisations (hall and meeting rooms). Community groups charging fees for their events and or an entry fee are also subject to paying the commercial rate.

Other

Bond - low risk
Medium and low bond both depend on the number of people, and will apply to events with no alcohol, time of day e.g. children’s party early afternoon.

Medium and low bond both depend on the number of people, and will apply to events with no alcohol, time of day e.g. children’s party early afternoon.

Bond - high risk
Applies to all evening events. Events with security guards, birthday parties, engagement parties, wedding receptions or any other event having alcohol.

Advanced AV hire
If advanced AV hire is required, a daily rate applies. Advanced AV hire is available at Hamilton, Sandgate, Wynnum Community Centre, Wynnum Municipal Hall.

Key bond
Fully refunded on return of all keys.

Public holiday fee
Community halls are available for hire on public holidays. All normal fees and charges apply, plus an additional fee to cover public holiday salary costs for cleaning services.
