Riverstage is an iconic, outdoor entertainment venue located on the Brisbane River in the City Botanic Gardens, Brisbane City.

Riverstage has hosted acclaimed local, national and international acts including Ed Sheeran, Florence and the Machine, Powderfinger and The Chemical Brothers. Riverstage also hosts community events, including the annual Lord Mayor's Christmas Carols.

Riverstage - 30 years of Music

Riverstage was officially opened by Brisbane City Lord Mayor Sallyanne Atkinson on 7 September 1989. Riverstage is now an internationally recognised, iconic, outdoor live music amphitheatre and will celebrate its 30th Anniversary in September 2019.

To mark this occasion, we want to hear about your experiences and memories from 30 years of celebrating music and culture at this iconic venue.

By contributing to the Survey and/or Memory Box, you will help decide the “Top 30” Riverstage shows of the past 30 years, which will be announced in the lead up to celebrating Riverstage’s 30th Anniversary.
