About BrisAsia
BrisAsia Festival returned from Friday 31 January to Sunday 9 February 2025. It celebrated Lunar New Year and the transformative energy of the Year of the Snake.
Symbolising wisdom, rebirth and new beginnings, this festival was an extraordinary fusion of tradition and modern creativity.
Brisbane came alive with over 25 activities and events across 10 spectacular days. The city featured street performances, contemporary art, K-Pop showcases, street cars, live music, and dazzling dance displays. Both traditional and modern styles were celebrated in vibrant, unmissable ways.
The festival brought together artists, producers and creatives whose work celebrated the unique cultural experiences of our city.
