Roads, infrastructure and bikeways

Brisbane City Council invests in major transport infrastructure projects, local road projects and public transport initiatives to tackle congestion in Brisbane.

Queens Wharf Brisbane

Brisbane’s central business district is undergoing a major urban transformation, with unprecedented levels of development occurring over the next few years.

Council is aware that construction of Queens Wharf Brisbane is impacting traffic in areas around Gardens Point Road, Margaret Street and William Street.

Council continues to work with the relevant government agencies and Destination Brisbane Consortium (DBC) to identify potential solutions to minimise disruptions through the city.

If you have been impacted these works and would like to provide feedback, you can contact the Destination Brisbane Consortium via email or call 1800 104 535.
