In 2025, Council is introducing Brisbane Metro bus rapid transit services and Brisbane’s New Bus Network. The new bus network, complimented by Brisbane Metro, will improve reliability to get you where you need to go, at the times you want to travel.

From Monday 30 June, Council will introduce Brisbane’s New Bus Network alongside new Brisbane Metro M1 services - the biggest change to our bus network in more than a decade.
