10:30am to 11:30am
An aquatic workout that uses all major muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels, everyone works at their own pace. Participants wear a buoyancy belt so there’s no need to worry about being in deep water. Participants do require basic swimming skills. Buoyancy belts can be hired from the pool for $5 or bring your own.
This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
