Disco Sparkle Dance Party
11:00am to 12:00pm
Ideal for children aged 8-12 years
Lissa and Nee Nee’s Rainbow Sparkle Band are teaming up with the Common People Dance Project for the inaugural Disco Sparkle Dance Party. This isn’t your average kid’s disco – it’s a disco, performance and dance workshop all rolled into one.
Lissa and Nee Nee’s Rainbow Sparkle Band features mum and dad – Melissa Western and Tnee Dyer, their two kids Ella aged eight (aka DJ Musa) and Sasha six (aka DJ Harmonie) and their funky band. This family of four funsters from Brisbane’s north will be belting out disco hits such as Play That Funky Music, Blame it on the Boogie and more.
Plus - get ready to bust a move with Common People Dance Project’s fun family dance party. Host Neridah Waters and her Dancing Queens will teach a series of choreographed dance moves during this celebration of music. Dress-ups are encouraged. Disco balls and glitter supplied.
