Edible flower author and expert Linda Brennan shares her knowledge and delicious practices at this class where you'll learn a range of techniques to preserve the beauty, flavour and fragrance of edible flowers. These techniques include crystallising, drying, making flower 'dust' and flowerfetti. Participants please bring an empty strawberry punnet to take your edible flowers home in.
