If you are a Brisbane- based artist, creative or maker wanting to expand your knowledge and networks but need to improve planning and actioning your business goals, this is the workshop for you.
Brisbane City Council, with Flying Arts Alliance Inc, is delivering a series of free workshops to support local makers and creatives in developing a sustainable and ongoing strategy for success.
Join us for part four in the Maker workshop series designed with creative and maker businesses in mind. This interactive workshop will cover:
- identifying your objectives
- analysing current skills sets and what to outsource
- long term planning and setting goals
- operational, sales and marketing plans.
Come prepared with:
- a notebook and pen or your laptop
- all of your questions so we can learn from each other.
These sessions are one of the ways Council is providing opportunities for the local maker economy to grow and thrive.
