10:00am to 11:00am
Suitable for all ages.
Taking time to observe nature and record what you see in a sketch format can be a wonderful form of meditative expression.
Join our staff and local artists for a short walk in the wetlands and learn the basics of the calming practise of nature journaling.
All participants are invited to remain in the wetlands after the session to continue with your project. Participants are requested to bring their own pencils and sketch pad/notebook.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure and fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site. Note - walks are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
Bookings required via Eventbrite.
