In celebration of this year’s BrisAsia Festival, Council will project Chloe Bennett’s artwork Sakura onto the William Jolly Bridge from 1–5 & 19–23 February 2020, from 5:30–10pm each night.
Chloe Bennett (YEAH YEAH CHLOE) is an Asian/Australian artist based in Brisbane, Australia. She works with her signature clean lines and pop colours to produce bold images that bring to life inanimate objects.
Council’s BrisAsia Festival showcases contemporary and traditional Asian arts and cultural events, programs and initiatives. The festival provides professional and creative sector development opportunities for Brisbane-based creatives with a strong interest in the Asia region and whose creative practice is reflective of this.
Celebrate Asian culture with our BrisAsia Festival from 1-29 February 2020.
