Sustainable Living Workshop - Migratory Bird Craft

Suitable for ages 5 years and over
Drop in and learn how to create Japanese shorebird and wildlife art. While creating art learn about the amazing migratory shorebirds and their incredible journey from Japan to Boondall Wetlands.
The workshop introduces you to craft methods for creating local wildlife models and creating your favourite migratory bird in craft-wood, for you to paint and decorate.
Requirements: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure, fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site.
Note: Any walks or outside activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
