This program provides an overall fitness workout; the program combines strength and cardio functional exercises to provide participants with a highly challenging activity. The program targets the upper and lower body, concentrating in developing the strength and cardiovascular fitness of individuals. Participants will be taught the safe and effective way to perform exercises to develop strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and toning. The exercises are modified to cater for participant’s different fitness levels.
