About our greeters

Our greeters embody the warmth and friendliness that Brisbane is recognised for and they have shared their passion for Brisbane with more than 110,000 people since the first tours in 2012.

One of the best ways to get to know Brisbane is through the eyes of a skilled and knowledgeable local. Our friendly greeters are proud and passionate volunteers who are keen to share Brisbane's stories, show you some great spots and introduce you to our vibrant city.

Whether you've been a local all your life, you're visiting family and friends, or calling Brisbane your new home, we're looking forward to meeting you. We have more than 75 greeters who can help you find your way around Brisbane in a number of languages, and can deliver inclusive tours for people of all ages and abilities.

Brisbane Greeters is a member of the International Greeter Association (IGA). All greeters around the world share the same core values. For more information visit the International Greeter Association (IGA) website.
