Kedron Safer School Precinct

Council is improving transport infrastructure in the Kedron Safer School Precinct to ease congestion and improve safety for everyone who lives, learns, works and visits the local area.

Council is creating Safer School Precincts in our suburbs to provide easier and safer ways for everyone to move around our schools and local streets. 

The Kedron Safer School Precinct supports the following schools and surrounding local community:

  • Padua College
  • St Anthony's Primary School
  • Mount Alvernia College.

Council undertook community consultation in late 2024. We are reviewing this community feedback alongside technical data to help us plan a range of coordinated improvements across the precinct.

We will be releasing the precinct plan in mid-2025.
