Business events calendar

Brisbane City Council is delivering a range of small business events and workshops to help you start, run and grow your business.

The Lord Mayor’s Small Business Forums are a great opportunity for small business owners to network and hear learnings from successful small business owners. The Lord Mayor is also in attendance and shares his vision for Brisbane’s future. The Lord Mayor’s Business Excellence Workshops provide attendees with valuable, practical information delivered by Brisbane business leaders to implement in their businesses.

Delivered regularly across Brisbane, Networking in the Suburbs sessions are another way we encourage small, micro and home-based businesses and entrepreneurs to network and build relationships within their local business communities. If you’re looking for a more intensive training session, then Skills Shot Small Business Program workshops aim to help small business owners boost their business performance with two hour sessions delivered by subject matter experts.

Council is committed to supporting local businesses. If you would like to stay up to date with opportunities to learn tips from industry experts to help your business grow, subscribe to our Business in Brisbane events mailing list and receive regular updates about our upcoming business events.
