Submit your business event for listing on our What’s On in Brisbane calendar. Eligible events must be at a business hub.

Use this form if

Use this form if your event is a business workshop or session being held at a business hub.

  • Be held at the Brisbane Business Hub or Suburban Business Hub
  • Be open to the public
  • Be part of Council’s business program (e.g. Workshop Wednesdays)

Learn about the business hubs.

Make sure you have the following information ready:

  • event name, date and time
  • venue (Business Hub location)
  • ticketing or booking link (if applicable)
  • clear event description
  • suitable event image (no logos or text).

Image requirements

Provide an image that represents your event.

  • Use a landscape image (wide format works best)
  • Portrait images may be cropped when displayed
  • Avoid logos, text or graphics in the image
  • File size: less than 1 MB

If your event image doesn’t meet requirements, you’ll be asked to provide a suitable one or an alternative image may be used.

  • Your event will be reviewed (up to 5 business days)
  • We may contact you if more information is needed
  • Approved events are published on the What’s on calendar and Brisbane app
