You can list events that are held in a Council park or venue and are open to the public.

The sooner you submit your listing, the more time your event has to be promoted. Allow up to 5 days for your listing request to be processed and submit your event well in advance to allow time for review and publication.

Your personal information is managed in line with the Information Privacy Act 2009, which sets rules for how government agencies collect, store and handle personal information.
Brisbane City Council uses Trumba, a third-party provider, to manage event submissions.
When you submit your event:

To submit a recurring event, tick the ‘repeat’ box on the online form. You can also confirm if your event recurs weekly, monthly or annually.
Yes, all events on Council’s event calendar also appear in the Brisbane app’s events listing.
