Submit your event to the What's on calendar. It must have received creative sector funding for arts and cultural events.

Use this form if

Your event is an arts or cultural activity supported through creative sector funding or Council sponsorship.

  • Be funded through an eligible Council creative program
  • Be open to the public
  • Be held in a Council venue or supported location

Make sure you have the following information ready:

  • event name, date and time
  • program or funding details
  • venue
  • ticketing or booking link (if applicable)
  • clear event description
  • suitable event image (no logos or text).

The venue list in this form includes Council venues only.

If your event is held elsewhere, include the full event location in your event description.

Image requirements

Provide an image that represents your event.

  • Use a landscape image (wide format works best)
  • Portrait images may be cropped when displayed
  • Avoid logos, text or graphics in the image
  • File size: less than 1 MB

If your event image doesn’t meet requirements, you’ll be asked to provide a suitable one or an alternative image may be used.
