This small-group program offers a peaceful, accessible way to connect with Brisbane’s natural areas. Led by a qualified Forest Therapy guide, the session includes a series of simple sensory and mindfulness-based activities during a gentle 2 km walk through bushland trails. Throughout the experience, participants will be invited to engage with the natural environment through observation, personal reflection, and sensory awareness.

Forest Therapy has been shown to support wellbeing, reduce stress, and strengthen our connection to nature and community.

The session finishes with a shared tea ceremony, offering time for conversation and connection.
