What you need to provide
1 Issue details

You must provide:

  • the location including the suburb, street name and number
  • the type of permit you're applying for (cat or dog)
  • details about the property and animal, including the property size and the animal's desexing status.
2 Applicant details

Provide your details, including:

  • your name
  • phone number
  • email address.
3 Payment details

You will need a credit or debit card to pay for the permit.
