Complete your request via BPOINT.

Make a BPOINT payment
1 Provide the bill reference number

Make a BPOINT payment if you have the bill reference number (15 digit number located in the top right-hand corner of the renewal notice). Don't include any spaces when entering this number.

You can also make a BPOINT payment if:

  • you do not know your dog's registration number
  • you're late paying the renewal fee (late fees may also apply).
2 Pay the renewal fee

You can use Visa or MasterCard to pay the renewal.

A surcharge of 0.63% applies to all credit and debit card payments.

Another way to pay

You can use Council's online form to renew your dog registration if:

  • you have your dog's current registration reference number (11 digit number beginning with the letters AN)
  • your dog's registration has not expired
  • you would like to pay the fee without the bill number (i.e. you have lost or not received the renewal notice or would like to pay beforehand)
  • you would like to update other dog registration details at the same time.

To renew your dog registration via the online form, you must provide your dog's name and the registration reference.

You need a credit or debit card to pay for the registration renewal.

You can also use the form to:

  • update your contact details if they have changed, such as your:
    • name
    • phone number
    • email address
  • provide your dog desexing certificate if your dog was desexed after last year's registration.
