Picnic on the lawn, hold an event and take in the sweeping river and city views at Mowbray Park.

On this page
Mowbray Park is a heritage-listed park, just an 11-minute drive from the CBD.
The park’s riverside location provides the perfect vantage point to view the Brisbane River, city and Story Bridge. Pick a spot under a towering fig tree, hold a small get-together on the lawn and keep the kids entertained on the nautical-themed playground. You can also visit the heritage-listed East Brisbane War Memorial.
At night, watch dazzling bud lighting bring the trees to life.
You’ll find the Mowbray Park ferry terminal, East Brisbane Croquet Club and East Brisbane Bowls Club nearby.
