Community leasing and resources

Brisbane City Council recognises the vital role sport and community organisations play in:

  • providing sport and  community activities and services to the wider community
  • contributing to the Brisbane Vision goals of an active, healthy city and a friendly, safe city.

Council makes a range of its properties available for not-for-profit community organisations to rent through lease or licence agreements. Currently, more than 600 properties are used for sport, recreation, cultural or community purposes.
