Mobile library services

Borrow from a collection of over 6000 items and access the wider library collection of over 1.4 million items.

Library catalogue

Use Council's online library catalogue (eLibCat) to search for books, music, ebooks, magazines, movies and more. Databases, online encyclopaedias and dictionaries are also available through the catalogue.

New look Toowong library 

Have you checked out the new look Toowong Library yet? It includes a new floor plan, vibrant children's library, upgraded meeting room facilities and more comfortable seating for reading, studying and working.

Mt Coot-tha Library events

Mt Coot-tha Library is located within the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha. The library hosts lots of events and activities for children and adults. Check out what's on in August.
