Brisbane City Council’s extensive bikeway and pathway projects align with the Transport Plan for Brisbane – Strategic Directions to plan and deliver a network of accessible walking and cycling paths to encourage more active lifestyle choices. Through the Better Bikeways 4 Brisbane program, Brisbane City Council is investing $100 million over four years from July 2016. Council’s investment of $220 million since 2008 has improved cycling networks across our city. Learn more about completed bikeway and pathway projects across Brisbane.
