You can use this form to update your address for some Council services.
To update the address on your rates notice, you need your most recent rate account.
You can also register to receive your rates notice by email by completing the receiving your rates notice by email application form.
To register as an authorised person to transact on behalf of a rate account owner (owner approval required), complete the Rates Account Authority form.
You need a copy of your most recent dog registration account or the dog tag number.
The library card is required for each library account you want to change. The form takes three to five minutes to complete.
