You will need a copy of your most recent rates accounts for all accounts you wish to change.
Did you know that you can register to receive your rates notice via email? To register, complete the Rates via Email application form.
To register as an authorised person to transact on behalf of a rate account owner (owner approval required), you need to complete the Rates Account Authority form.
You will need a copy of your most recent dog registration account, or the dog tag number for all registration details you wish to change.
You will need your library card and the library cards of your spouse and any dependants living with you if you wish to update their details.
This form should take three (3) to five (5) minutes to complete.
