This option allows your bank to transfer agreed amounts to Council for payment. You can also choose to make a quarterly charity donation by direct debit, if paying in full by the due date.

You need a cheque or savings account to use this service. To set up direct debit, complete the Direct Debit Request form online.

Alternatively, you can apply by downloading and completing the hard copy form (PDF - 136kb). Or, you can request a form by phoning Council on 07 3403 8888, visiting Council or your local ward office.

You must complete a new Direct Debit Request form online to cancel, amend a payment, defer the authority or cancel the charity donation at least 10 business days before the payment is due. Alternatively, to cancel or defer your authority, you can also phone Council on 07 3403 8888. Payments cannot be increased over the phone.
