We’re upgrading the Archerfield Road, Azalea Street and Pine Road intersection to help you get home sooner and safer.

This busy intersection carries nearly 22,000 vehicles every day and is a critical thoroughfare for residents and visitors to the Inala and Richlands area.

We are in the early stages of planning this upgrade to:

  • install traffic lights
  • add separate turning lanes
  • incorporate dedicated pedestrian crossing facilities.

We have developed a high-level concept design solution to share with you while we progress to the next design phase.

Council will hold two community information sessions to share the concept design with the community.
