Transport Incident Management Solution
Council is seeking proposals for the supply of an incident management system, inclusive of hardware and software with ongoing support and maintenance.  Transport for Brisbane (TfB) requires an incident management solution that allows the efficient capture of accurate data relating to on-road incidents. The solution, along with the integration with a business intelligence system, should provide TfB the capacity to conduct subsequent root cause and trend analysis. This will assist TfB to manage risk on the bus network while providing meaningful data to drive continuous improvement.
