Council will be seeking proposals from suppliers to establish a Corporate Procurement Standing Offer Arrangement (CPA) to supply and deliver hardware for Council’s Traffic Signal and Lighting networks. The hardware will include Traffic Lanterns and Pedestrian Timers and Poles/pits/lids for both lighting and Traffic Signals.
The aim is to supply and maintain a safe and secure environment for Traffic on Roads and Paths as well as address QLD TMR MUTCD and legislative requirements. Other road furniture such as guardrails is being considered for inclusion and suppliers are able to offer additional road furniture/traffic control equipment for inclusion in the CPA.

Council will be seeking proposals from suppliers to establish a Corporate Procurement Arrangement (Panel) for Arborist Advisory Service. To be considered for the panel, tenderers will need to be able to provide the full scope of services, including tree survey/inventory services (the collection of basic tree asset information such as, location, species and dimensions to which other tree asset information such as tree condition can be added) and tree assessment and reporting (assessment and analysis of trees, their sites and circumstances and the application of that information to provide management recommendations, cost estimates and reports). It will be a requirement that contractors have or have access to, ground penetrating radar for tree root location and sonic tomography equipment.
