Fire Safety Services
Council is seeking a competent and capable contractor to deliver and manage fire compliance across all of Council’s assets, and to ensure the safety of its staff and visitors, as well as the protection of the property assets.

Council also needs the contractor to assist Council in complying with Australian Standard AS3745-2010. 

The required services cover fire audits, evacuation documentation, training, and fire safety and advisory services, for Council occupied buildings.

Small Market Electricity 
Council has an ongoing requirement for the reliable supply of electricity for Council premises classified as small market sites. In Queensland small customers are those that consume up to 100 MWh of electricity per annum. Council has 880 small market sites that require electricity to operate. Examples of a Council small market site include, cemeteries, ferry terminals, libraries, parks/reserves, State Emergency Service depots and ward offices.

Community Walking Program
The Community Walking Program is a free program offered to residents to encourage enjoyable, physical activity and includes a variety of walks held across the suburbs of Brisbane every week.  The program consists of group walks, led by local volunteer Walk Organisers, and solo walkers.

Specialist Cleaning Data Centres & Comms Rooms

Skid Steers and Maintenance for Other Machines
Skid steer loaders are required for road construction and maintenance operations across a wide range of Council programs. Council has a fleet of existing machines (i.e. skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders and wood chippers) that must be maintained to the required standards by way of servicing and supply of parts.

Provision of Bus Seat Cleaning
Council requires bus seat cleaning services of its fleet to maintain a standard of cleanliness for Transport for Brisbane vehicles in accordance with the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Standard.  The services include:

Cleaning Parks Services
These services include weekly scheduled cleaning of designated areas within Council parks, park toilet facilities, fish cleaning tables, electric and wood barbecues, including maintaining appropriate levels of wood stock for wood burning barbecues. Also included is the daily cleaning requirements of Central Business District (CBD) squares (King George Square, Anzac Square, Post Office Square and Cathedral Square).
