Supply and Delivery of Herbicides
Council manages, maintains and restores extensive areas of green space including golf courses, bushland, parks, waterways, bio-retention basins, fire trails, roads and footpaths. The elimination or control of weed species using herbicides is a major aspect of managing these areas.

Fixed and Portable Fire equipment servicing
This arrangement is for servicing Council’s portable and fixed fire equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers, fire hoses, sprinkler systems, smoke alarms, alert systems and fire panels), in approximately 210 buildings and 1450 vehicle fleet to comply with legislative requirements and standards. SOAR solutions are used in Cybersecurity Operations Centres to enhance workflow and automation in the use of various cybersecurity tools. These software solutions combine aspects of both incident management and automation platforms. The products enable productivity gains by integrating incident management and tool use, by way of automation, and unifying or integrating a staff member’s workflow to streamline process and thus reduce wasteful manual processes.

Specialist Cleaning Data Centres & Comms Rooms
Council has an ongoing requirement for the provision of specialist cleaning services for Council’s data centres and communication rooms.  This includes the ongoing scheduled quarterly and six monthly cleaning of data centres at Brisbane Square, Holland Park, and the Brisbane Metropolitan Traffic Management Centre, plus scheduled cleaning of communication rooms within various Council sites across Brisbane.

Quarry Drilling
Council operates quarries at Mt Coot-tha and Bracalba. Drilling of the rock face to position the explosive and subsequent detonation is required on a regular basis as part of the quarry operation.

These services include weekly scheduled cleaning of designated areas within Council parks, park toilet facilities, fish cleaning tables, electric and wood barbecues, including maintaining appropriate levels of wood stock for wood burning barbecues. Skid Steers and Maintenance for Other Machines
Skid steer loaders are required for road construction and maintenance operations across a wide range of Council programs. Council has a fleet of existing machines (i.e. skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders and wood chippers) that must be maintained to the required standards by way of servicing and supply of parts.
