511084 Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS)
Council is seeking vendors with an interest in becoming members of a services panel that will be used to provide assistance with the ongoing delivery of its Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS). The aim will be to create a small panel of preferred suppliers who have significant integration services skills and experience (in large complex organisations), using the specific platform(s) that now make up Council’s IPaaS, i.e. cloud native services and capabilities from Microsoft Azure (Azure) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).  While Council’s initial footprint for IPaaS is currently based on Azure, Council retains a multi-cloud strategy and usage of AWS for IPaaS is expected to expand into the future. As such, the panel will be comprised of expert vendors who are able to provide integration services for either Azure, AWS or both platforms.

Transport Incident Management Solution
Council is seeking proposals for the supply of an incident management system, inclusive of hardware and software with ongoing support and maintenance.  Transport for Brisbane (TfB) requires an incident management solution that allows the efficient capture of accurate data relating to on-road incidents. The solution, along with the integration with a business intelligence system, should provide TfB the capacity to conduct subsequent root cause and trend analysis. This will assist TfB to manage risk on the bus network while providing meaningful data to drive continuous improvement.

Council is seeking proposals for the provision of animal management services.  Council currently provides three categories of animal management services - Management of the animal rehoming centre; animal collection services and livestock collection services (24) hours. Council is proposing to expand the scope of animal management services by adding a new additional service for care of animals at evacuation centres. This is to provide for the care of animals in the event of a natural disaster necessitating the evacuation of residents.

Council is seeking tenders for the construction of improvements to Davies Park. The aim of the project is to undertake a range of improvements that increase park access and usability, that do not affect existing leases.  Davies Park is a significant sport and recreation park located adjacent the Brisbane River in the suburb of West End and forms part of the broader West End Riverside Parklands open space network.  The park has many different uses and several parties with commercial leases and operating arrangements.
