Lord Mayor's Christmas Carols

Join us for Brisbane's biggest Christmas party on Saturday 6 December. Hosted at Riverstage, with a simultaneous livestream event at Roma Street Parkland.

A man dressed as Santa stands on a stage and waves to the crowd. Next to him, a woman sings and a man smiles at the crowd.

City Hall Lights

City Hall is transformed into a festive display of sight, sound and storytelling. Every 15 minutes from 7.30pm to midnight, from 5-24 December.

Couple at King George Square watching City Hall Lights.

Brisbane City Christmas Tree

Brisbane City's iconic 22m Christmas tree stands as one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, continuing a cherished tradition dating back to the 1950s. Bring your family, snap a photo and admire this magnificent tree, on display in King George Square from 28 November until early January.

Join Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner for the Lighting of the Christmas Tree on Friday 28 November, officially kicking off the Christmas in Brisbane festivities!
