When to submit a Right to Information application 

You can request a Right to Information to access Council information for documents:

Complete your request using the online form.

What you need to provide
1 Applicant details

You must provide your contact details, such as:

  • name
  • business name (if relevant)
  • phone number
  • email address
  • postal address.
2 Application details

Provide details about your request, such as:

  • if you are accessing the information on behalf of someone else
  • the reason for your application
  • what information you are seeking
  • the types of documents you are seeking
  • the date range you would like searched
  • document reference numbers or locations
  • preferred access type
  • any additional information to support your request.

You must also supply a certified evidence of identity. 

3 Payment details (if required)

You may need a credit or debit card to pay for the application.
