- missed in a bin collection service.
What you need to provide
Issue details
Provide details about the issue/s such as:
- the type of bin you’re reporting, e.g. red (general waste), yellow (recycling) or green bins
- details of any damage (for damaged bins)
- how many bins are affected (for abandoned and stolen bins)
- public safety concerns
- photos of the damages area (optional).

Provide location details such as house number, street, suburb and postcode.

Provide contact details such as name, phone number and email.
