Report missing, faded or damaged traffic lines on our roads. Find out what information to provide in your report.

Types of line marking issues you can report

The types of traffic line markings you can report include:

  • faded or damaged lines
  • painted on-road signage
  • a pre-existing line that’s missing or has been removed
  • a line that you suspect has been painted illegally.

You can also request:

  • the alteration or extension of an existing line
  • a new line where one doesn’t exist.

You need to provide:

  • information about the issue you are reporting
  • photos of the issue (optional).

Provide the location of the issue, including the street, suburb and postcode. 

3 Contact details (optional)
You can provide contact details, such as a name, phone number and email address.
