Lumley Street, Upper Mt Gravatt Village Precinct Project

Brisbane City Council completed the $716,000 streetscape improvement project in April 2023 to revitalise the Lumley Street, Upper Mt Gravatt neighbourhood shopping precinct.
Working with the local community, Council has delivered an attractive, comfortable and connected centre for locals and visitors to use and enjoy.
This is part of the Village Precinct Projects program (VPP) and Council’s commitment to create a city of vibrant neighbourhoods.
Community consultation and engagement
The local community was consulted and involved in the planning for improvements to the Lumley Street, Upper Mt Gravatt precinct during the initiation phase of the project in early 2022 and again during the planning phase, by providing feedback on the concept plan, in mid-2022.
Council now invites the community to provide feedback on the completed centre improvements. Please complete the online survey by 11.59pm, Sunday 28 May 2023.
