Mitchelton Youth Club structural repairs – Mitchelton

We delivered structural repairs to Mitchelton Youth Club in 2 stages.

Stage 1 works included:

• restumping of the club building
• construction of new accessible pathways to the main entrance and around the building
• installation of new retaining walls and improved stormwater drainage. 

Stage 2 works  included:

• full roof replacement
• construction of a new external staircase
• internal structural repairs and improvements to bring areas to necessary facility standards
• creation of additional storage space and a minor extension
• refurbishment of the ground floor office.

This project was jointly funded by the Brisbane City Council and Queensland Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements that the Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games are assisting to deliver.
