You can report the following park maintenance issues:

  • illegal dumping, rubbish or overflowing/damaged bins
  • overgrown grass and tree maintenance
  • broken or damaged facilities (e.g. taps, bathrooms, barbecues, picnic tables and shelters, playground equipment, lighting or signs, shade sails, fencing).

What you need to provide
1 Issue details

You need to:

  • provide issue details (e.g. what playground equipment is damaged, what kind of rubbish has been dumped, etc.)
  • let us know if the issue is a public safety concern
  • provide photos of the issue (optional).
2 Location information
Provide details about the location, including the park name, address and any other information to help us locate the issue. 
3 Contact details (optional)

You can provide your contact details, such as a name, phone number and email address.
