When to request a change of property manager
You can request a change of property manager when:
- a rental agent takes over management of a property from another rental agent
- the rental agent would like to act on behalf of the property owner regarding the rate account.
What you need to provide
Property manager details
Provide details of your new and previous property managers, such as their:
- name
- phone number
- email address
- postal address
- corporation trading name (if relevant).
Provide the dates that the previous management ended and new management started.
Property details
Provide details of each rate account. You can enter up to 4 properties on this form or you can upload a spreadsheet with the details.
You must provide:
- property owner name/s as it appears on the rate account
- rate account number (if available)
- property address
- lot and plan number.
