When to request a change of property manager

You can request a change of property manager when:

  • a rental agent takes over management of a property from another rental agent 
  • the rental agent would like to act on behalf of the property owner regarding the rate account.

What you need to provide
1 Property manager details

Provide details of your new and previous property managers, such as their:

  • name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • postal address
  • corporation trading name (if relevant).

Provide the dates that the previous management ended and new management started.

2 Property details

Provide details of each rate account. You can enter up to 4 properties on this form or you can upload a spreadsheet with the details.

You must provide:

  • property owner name/s as it appears on the rate account
  • rate account number (if available)
  • property address
  • lot and plan number.
