Over the past 20 years, Leah has had an exciting career as a professional dancer, choreographer, stunt actor, and performer, touring extensively both nationally and internationally. As a pioneering Australian b-girl, Flix is an active leader in the b-girl and breaking community and with her company Elements Collective, she produces major breaking events, workshops, performances, and tours. Some of her achievements include earning numerous Australian B-girl titles across her 20-year dance career, representing Australia twice at the Battle of the Year World Finals in France and Germany, and currently competing as a part of the Australian Breaking Team, returning in 2023 from the WDSF World Series events in Portugal & Sydney in preparation for the Paris2024 Olympic Games. Presented as part of DANCE24, an experimental dance festival from 22 May - 1 June. Accessibility Note - Please note, this will be a high energy dance class with approximately 70% physical movement. It is suitable for dancers at a beginner level but who have attended dance classes before. Contact us if you have any questions. Metro Arts' Studios are wheelchair accessible.
