Come along and enjoy a session on learning all about bush food plants that grow well in SEQ and your backyard, not only for their edible aspects but their ornamental features too. We will look at various plant species, from ground covers to tall trees, how to grow and cultural care. Plus what to do with them when it comes to eating them and creating edible dishes with them.
Requirements: Please wear a hat and enclosed shoes; and bring a keep cup or water bottle. This workshop is only available to participants 16 years of age or over.
Location: Meet at the Kitchen in the Garden.
This workshop supports the Botanic Gardens' commitment to creating a plant loving community dedicated to putting the 'plant back into planet'.
