This class will improve your attention, sleep health, strength, flexibility, performance, cognition, confidence, compassion and emotional intelligence. All levels welcome including pregnant and post-natal women. If you have an injury or medical conditions please advise prior to the class. Meet next to the large gum trees on the left of the entrance road off Herston Rd. Parking is best along Gilchrist Avenue to avoid Herston Road construction works. Look for the Active and Healthy sign.
