Deep Water Running is an all over body workout suitable for those looking to add to their current fitness routine, or those who are pregnant, post or pre operative. The health benefits of the water are amazing. Come and enjoy great music and people in a wonderful pool. Everyone is welcome.

All participants must bring their own deep water running belt. There are only limited belts available to borrow. More information can be provided on the best place to purchase belts.
