Joining a library

Library membership is free to Council ratepayers and anyone who lives, works or studies in Brisbane.

Library catalogue

Search for books, music, ebooks, magazines, movies and more. Databases, online encyclopaedias and dictionaries are also available through the catalogue.

Renewing your book

You can renew Council library items in person, over the phone, through the library catalogue (eLibCat) or the BNELibraries app.
