Council Employees can access several systems from home. These are:

Access your email, calendar and appointments via the Microsoft Outlook Web App. If you're on a slow connection or using a computer with unusually strict browser security settings you will have to use the light version. The light version of Outlook Web App includes fewer features.

KeyboardRemote Working

Authorised employees can remotely access Council's information and communications (ICT) systems and technology from any personal computer with internet service and modern browser.

Note: In order to access this service you must be an authorised Remote Worker.

Internal job vacanciesSearch for a Council job - internal vacancies

Applications from eligible Council employees will be considered for internal vacancies. You must apply for internal vacancies while at work signed in to Council's system (Single Sign On) or from home, logging into the system with your RSA SecureID token. Find out more on the intranet.

Council talent release form

Use this talent release form when capturing photographs or video footage that contains employees or members of the public and that will be used in publication, web-sites or social media.
